Hello, As I sit here trying to write, I feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of this journey. I expect you're feeling overwhelmed and emotional in ways we could never imagine. So first, thank you for considering the difficult choice of making an adoption plan. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about us, we hope our words show you our hearts.

Our Story

We've been married for almost 7 years. We met at church and spent 4 years getting to know each other as friends before it became clear to both of us that God had more planned for the two of us.

We fell in love and it's been a great adventure ever since. Our faith in God is central to all we do. We've seen Him do amazing things in our lives and know that He will continue to do so. Our desire is to raise our child in a loving and supportive Christian family.

From the very beginning we talked about kids, both having our own as well as adopting. Due to infertility issues, it would be very difficult for us to become pregnant. Although we planned to have a biological child, we are excited for the opportunity to grow our family through adoption.

We both grew up in Southern California and have lots of family living close by us. Everyone is very supportive of our desire to adopt and our 5 nieces and nephews can't wait to have a new cousin to play with! (The grandparents can't wait either!)

We live in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to lots of parks and recreational areas. In our free time we love to go bike riding in the parks near our home, do fun projects together and spend time with our family and friends. We love traveling, especially to national parks where we get to hike, ride bikes and see all of the beautiful things God has made. I work in technology and will stay at home after the baby is born. Frederick works as a service technician for a window and door company.

About Frederick (by Christe)

Frederick is kind, silly and hardworking. He's got a big personality and a ton of energy. He loves to play around but is also great at the tough conversations. His love is unconditional and selfless, and I'm so blessed to have him as my husband. He has worked with kids in the foster care system for 11 years and it's become part of who he is. Seeing his love for the kids he works with and our nieces and nephews makes me excited to have kids with him. He would do anything for them and is so good at showing them how much he cares. He's creative and loves to build things. He loves to go golfing, off-roading, fishing and to the shooting range when he has time.

My wife is a loving, caring and hardworking woman who pours all her energy into the people and things she cares about. She will be an amazing mother because she is compassionate, and she has always dreamed of being a mother. My wife is selfless and will do anything to take care of and protect our child. She loves crafting, coloring and being creative which will be fun to watch when we have a child of our own. Watching her spend time with our nieces and nephews really shows me what a great mother she will be, a big part of who she is shines through when spending time with them. She is fun, makes me laugh and it’s a joy to have the best wife I could have ever asked for.

Our promise to you is to love this child with our whole hearts and provide a loving, safe and supportive home. We are praying for you, your beautiful child, and the decision to choose adoption.
